“The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!”

“I enjoyed this historic hotel. Little things needed updating in my room. The towel rack rod was partially taped. The paint is peeling/cracked in some spots. And an old fixture was sticking out of the floor in front of the tub. The shower was labeled as two cold knobs, which confused my teenager. However with all that said, I will gladly stay there again on the future.”

“We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again.”
